Murat has taken several leadership roles creating and implementing go-to-market strategies, driving revenue growth, and promoting innovation and organizational effectiveness. As Managing Director of BeamSec, Murat is responsible for the vision and strategic direction of the company, executing the overall business strategy, leading a high-performing team, and building strategic partnerships to ensure the company’s long-term success.

Emre Çakır is a seasoned cybersecurity expert and co-founder of BEAM Teknoloji , who has dedicated over a decade to advancing product security across various industries and platforms. For more than ten years, he has worked in the field of product security. In these studies, he has experienced projects developed with different approaches in many languages and platforms. By transferring this knowledge and experience to new colleagues under the roof of BEAM Technoloji, he ensures the training of a significant number of valuable human resources. He is currently working as CTO at BEAM Technoloji and takes an active role in the projects developed.

Orhan has a proven track record of transforming software solutions into successful market products, resulting in a tenfold increase in client base and revenue. His experience includes serving as a Project Management Director, leading Research and Development initiatives, and co-founding startups, highlighting his expertise in managing complex projects, building high-performing teams, and driving innovation.

Following engineering and MBA qualifications, he accumulated over 20 years of IT experience, that includes entrepreneurship, design, manufacturing, R&D, international business development, B2B sales and channel management. Throughout his career, he conducted business activities with EU, CIS, EMEA, NAM, UK, Turkey and other markets’ players. He delivered award-winning nationwide system integration projects with top players of the global IT vendors arena. During specific intervals, he also involved with specialized fields, such as biometric / homeland security. Following the past 6 years with the leader SI in Turkey, in a senior sales role with major IT project contributions, Caner joined BeamSec UK in 2024, as the Global Sales Channel and Digital Sales Team’s Manager for enabling global expansion and commercial success.
