GISEC Global 2025, held from 6–8 May at the Dubai World Trade Centre, brought together global leaders in cybersecurity, technology providers, and government stakeholders. This year’s edition highlighted a significant shift toward AI-driven solutions, with several companies unveiling forward-looking tools. BeamSec was also present at the event, showcasing its headline-making innovations and engaging with industry professionals throughout the three-day conference.
BeamSec introduced MailX, an advanced Email Monitoring & Behavioural Analysis tool that redefines how organizations approach phishing threats. Unlike traditional systems that rely solely on blacklists or static filters, MailX continuously learns how a specific organization communicates. It analyses tone, structure, and behavioural patterns to detect subtle anomalies such as slightly altered domains or unexpected changes in message rhythm before users even sense anything unusual. Once flagged, the system responds immediately, quarantining the threat and alerting security teams in real time.
In parallel, BeamSec drew renewed attention to Alfred, its conversational AI assistant already in active use across the UAE. Alfred offers a refreshing take on security awareness by replacing static training sessions with real-time micro interactions tailored to each user’s habits. Employees can report suspicious emails with a single click, submit questionable attachments for instant analysis, and receive immediate, actionable feedback. This in the moment approach to training fosters deeper engagement and builds stronger, more confident teams.
Together, MailX and Alfred represent a dual-layer defense framework: one focused on intelligent detection, the other on proactive user behaviour. The combination reflects a broader evolution in cybersecurity one that emphasizes adaptability, context-awareness, and seamless integration into daily workflows.
BeamSec’s presence at GISEC 2025 underscored the growing demand for cybersecurity solutions that go beyond static protection. As threats become more targeted and sophisticated, real-time response paired with real-time awareness is no longer a luxury it’s a necessity.
