Viewing Campaign Details

On the Campaigns page, there are various options for interacting with your campaigns. On the right-hand side of each campaign, you have the options to Archive, Export, or Delete the selected campaign.

By clicking on a campaign, you can access the Campaign Details page. This page provides comprehensive data and insights related to the selected campaign.

  1. In this section of the Campaign Details page, you can view the campaign’s status and language, along with other relevant information, including the scenario and the campaign type.
  2. This section allows you to switch between the campaign overview and a detailed user analysis.
  3. Here, you can view percentage-based details of the campaign, derived from the live data it gathers.
  4. This section displays the campaign’s activity over time in a graphical format.
  5. In this area, you have the option to add or remove users from the campaign.
  6. Here, you can Archive, Export, generate a PDF report, or delete the campaign.
  7. Here, we can finish the campaign. When the campaign finishes it stops gathering data (If there is no education to be sent after the campaign is finished) about the users.

When we scroll down, we can see the scenario details of the campaign.

When we click the Phishing button inside the campaign details page, we can specific details about the recipients of the campaign.

  1. In this section, you can choose to view detailed information about specific users, groups, or departments related to the campaign results.
  2. Here, you can filter and select users, or choose all users, to either generate a performance report or create a new campaign with the selected users.
  3. From this area, you have the option to create a report or launch a campaign based on the selected users.
  4. This section displays percentage-based details of the campaign results. Depending on the campaign type, this area will adapt to showcase relevant information specific to that campaign.
