In the initiated phishing campaign, education assignments can be made for the phished users. After selecting the scenario during the campaign setup, users are directed to the education selection page. On this page, you can choose not to add education to the phishing campaign, assign an education immediately after a user is phished, or assign an education after the phishing campaign is completed.
None: No education assignments are made after the phishing campaign.
Start When Phished: Education is immediately assigned to users who are phished during the campaign.
Start After Simulation: Education is assigned to users after the phishing campaign is completed.
After adding education to the phishing campaign, you can customize the education settings and preview the education and test content.
Education Host is a setting that you can set from the settings page. Admins can add different hosts to use for different cases. That will be further explained in detail in the Settings section.
Accessible Until section, the accessibility period of the education is determined. The accessibility of the education can be ended manually, at the end of the campaign, or on a specific date.
If desired, a test can be assigned after the education to measure the users’ success. When the Quiz After Education option is enabled, education sessions that include quizzes will be listed.
Passing Score: This is the section where the required percentage of success for the quiz is determined. The percentage represents the proportion of correct answers the user must achieve. Those who score below the specified percentage are classified as unsuccessful in the results.
Show Quiz Score: Displays the quiz results and status to the user.
Show Answers After: Shows the correct and incorrect answers to the user after the quiz is completed.
Reapply to Failures: Allows users who fail the quiz at the end of the education to retake the education and quiz.
Remind Education: Sends a reminder email at specified intervals to users who have not completed the education. Additionally, the option to control email sending on weekends is available.
Send Certificate: Sends a certificate via email to those who successfully complete the education and quiz.
Disable Skipping: Prevents fast-forwarding in custom education sessions uploaded within the organization.
