Multi-Tenancy option is used to create multiple tenants to be managed under the same tenant. All tenants are grouped under one main tenant and that main tenant has overview and control over all the sub-tenants.
The multi-Tenant option is selected during the tenant creation process.
Once the multi-tenant option is activated the admin can view and manage the sub tenants from the Tenants tab under MULTI TENANCY.
Each subtenant could be created and added to main tenant.
From the Add New Tenant tab, the required number of tenants could be created.
After being created and added the created tenants could be then accessed and edited from the Tenants tab.
