Approval campaigns provide a method for users to review and agree to the terms set by the administrators.
- Select the Approval type from the campaign types.
- Set the name and language of the campaign you want to launch.
- The Use recipient’s language preference option works the same as in the previous campaign types.
There is an option to send reminders to users who have not completed the approval process. This feature is configurable, allowing administrators to enable or disable it as needed.
There are three options available for sending educational content. Administrators can choose not to send any education, send it prior to the approval process, or send it after the approval process. The education sending configuration, template editing and selecting the recipients of the campaign emails works the same as in the previous campaign types.
