Creating or Editing Educations

You can edit all existing training programs in the system or add your own. However, to edit a default training program provided by the application, you must first create a copy of the education.

To copy the training, click on the Copy button as shown in the visual, and then navigate to the copied training.

To edit the copied training, click on the Edit button indicated in the visual.

Education Properties

The Edit and Add New Education screens share the same features for both options. Therefore, the explanations provided in this section apply to both features.

The Education Properties screen consists of the features described in the Education Filters section. For more detailed information, please review that section.

This screen is composed of options for Duration, Subject, Categories, Target Group, Target Industries, Type, Language, Cover Page, and Test, which are used when creating or editing a training program. If the Cover Page option is activated, HTML-formatted content can be added to the beginning of the training to be sent.

Test option is selected to send a quiz to the user after they have completed the edited or newly created training.

You can view all the content in the library through a preview. You can preview content before submission by using the Preview button available on all items.

With the Education Image option, you can upload the image that will be displayed in the library.

Education Information

In this screen, the name and description of the training are defined. When a tag is created, it can be used later to search within the trainings using these added tags.

Education Content

This is the page dedicated to uploading training content. On this screen, multiple content items can be consecutively added to a single training session.

Quiz Content

If the Test option is enabled within the training, this screen will be displayed. One of the pre-created quizzes can be selected and included in the training.
