On the Tips & Advices screen, you can create new content or manage emails that have been sent to users. Templates can also be customized according to your requirements. To create new content, click Create New button.
Creating Tips & Advice
To create new content, click on Create New button. On the following page, you can:
- Select the language
- Choose the subject and categories
- Modify the title
- Add content using HTML code
This allows you to tailor the content precisely to your requirements.
On the Content screen, you can create a new HTML template or copy an existing one to edit it. This flexibility allows you to build your content from scratch or customize a pre-existing template to suit your specific needs.
Managing Tips & Advice
You can customize the following settings:
Language: Select the language for the tips and advice content.
Change Logo Size: Adjust the height and width of the logo to suit your design preferences.
Send List: Choose ALL to send tips and advice to all users, or select GROUPS to send emails to specific recipient groups.
Email Details: Modify the Sender Name, Sender Email Address, Email Subject to personalize your communication.
