View Audits
Event logging is performed for various actions within the application, including login and logout operations, starting and ending campaigns, email reporting, creating whitelists, setting up rules, and defining actions.
Syslog
The configuration screen for SIEM and Syslog monitoring. Audit logs can be sent in JSON, LEEF, and CEF formats.
In data sent via Syslog, information on login and logout operations, starting and ending campaigns, email reporting, creating whitelists, and setting up rules is included. Additionally, detailed records of reported emails are provided, which consist of key information such as sender name, subject, message ID, and recipient details.
Notifications
This refers to the process of notifying users via email about actions performed within the application. The term users includes both administrators using the application and other users.
The notifications sent are Login, Campaign Create, Campaign Start, Campaign Finish, Email Summary, Phishing Report, Trace Daily, Trace Management, Anomaly Detect and Generic Notice.
Notify Managers: Notifications are sent to users with manager privileges in the application.
Notify Users: Notifications are sent to other users under the organization.
Users: Refers to users who do not fall under the categories described above. You can add any desired user, enabling notification delivery to that specific user.
Mail Tracking
All emails sent or scheduled to be sent through the application are tracked. Status of these emails can be viewed.
Types of email deliveries displayed on the screen include Activation, Backup, Recovery, Demo, Password, Hierarchical Report, Manager Notification, Account Notification, Phishing Notification, Survey Notification, USB Notification, PR Notification, Generic Report, Anomaly Detection, Action Notification, PhishPro Add-in, PR Assign, Education, Reminder, Certificate, Phishucation, Quiz, Quiz Reminder, Scorecard, Survey, Survey Reminder, Welcome Trace, Phishing, Approval, Scenario, and Custom types.
The status information tracked for these emails includes Sent, Queued, Pending, Error, Abort, and Ignored.
