Domains

PhishPro and PhishTrace can utilize customized domain addresses based on the type of operation being performed. These domain addresses may include phishing, reporting, and similar functions.

Domain Definitions

  • Base: Domain address used to access the application.
  • Read: Used to capture read receipts (Read Image) for phishing campaigns sent.
  • Academy: Used when users access training modules defined throughout the academy.
  • Education: Utilized for both phishing and educational campaign purposes.
  • Phishing: Defined domain addresses for phishing campaigns sent to users. Multiple domains can be created.
  • Resources: The domain address used to serve images in phishing campaigns. For example, while the phishing campaign is sent from example.com, the images can be served from images.com.
  • Report: Used for phishing report operations.

If the above addresses are not available, the Base domain will be used for sending.

Add Domain

Do not verify access: If the address you are using is a global address, this option does not need to be activated. However, for non-global addresses, it is necessary to enable this option.

Do not create web server configuration: This prevents the application from configuring the Apache-agent file. No web server configuration will be performed.

TLS: This option is for configuring SSL settings that will be used by the application.

SSL configuration consists of three different options.

  1. CRT: Your existing SSL certificate is uploaded to the system as Private Key, Certificate, and CA Certificate.
  2. Generate: This is a self-signed certificate automatically generated by the application.
  3. ZeroSSL: This feature allows SSL generation using the GoDaddy infrastructure. The domain for which SSL is to be added must be registered with GoDaddy.

To proceed, the GoDaddy and ZeroSSL API keys, as indicated in the visual, must be defined. After completing this step, when adding a domain, select the ZeroSSL option to apply SSL to the desired domain address.
